Maintenance Manager

Accord Carton is seeking a full-time Maintenance Manager to work in our Alsip, Illinois location.

This position is responsible for the efficient operation of all the manufacturing equipment needed to operate a folding carton facility, and all other Maintenance needs in the Plant as required. Responsible for the over site of facility services needed to efficiently run the Plant. Manages a team of Maintenance Technicians and Industrial Electricians.

This is a hands on position that requires the ability to be a Team leader, manage and direct a team to accomplish critical tasks to keep all Manufacturing equipment running as efficiently as possible. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize daily work loads.

Experience: 

• 5 plus years as a Maintenance Manager in a manufacturing facility is required.
• Experience in the folding carton industry highly desirable.
• Experience in Fire suppression, heavy industrial equipment Maintenance and repair, and building Maintenance, is required.
• Managing a team of Maintenance Technicians and Electricians is required.
